Sharon Buchanan, age 72, passed away on August 16, 2021.

Sharon was born on March 11, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio to James and Shirley Hammonds.

Sharon is survived by her son Shane (Tonya) Buchanan. Brothers; Skip (Cheryl) Hammonds and Tim (Debby) Hammonds. Grandchildren; Ericka Turner and Britney Buchanan, great-grandchildren; Logan and Cole Turner. Also survived by multiple nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents James and Shirley Hammonds.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 21, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at The Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. (2155 Compton Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45231) (Follow the blue line to the funeral home)

Services for Sharon Buchanan will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at 11:00 AM at The Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.

    Sharon and I lost touch with each other back in 2000. I am sorry to here she passed. We were inseperable for many years prior to me moving. I have some great memories to keep with me forever.( Sending healing prayers and comforting hugs. I am so sorry for your loss.)

    I can still hear her voice in my head from when we were young and visiting Aunt Shirley and Uncle Jim. I’m so glad great memories never fade. Our prayers are with the whole family. Love you all!

    Sharon was my cousin and such a sweet person, our families spent a lot of time together when I was young
    but most of my time was spent with her son Shane, My heart goes out to Shane and his family during this time. We All Love You and send our deepest sympathies.
