ENGLAND, Helen beloved daughter of the late Fate and Lucille Rains. Loving sister of the late William and Harvey Rains. Sister-in-law of Betty Rains. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Helen was a member of New Vision Church of God. She passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022 at age 92.
