Phelps, Luther Leon, Jr. Beloved son of the late Luther Phelps and Margaret “Jerry” (nee Roberts) Phelps. Dear brother of Sherry (Willard) Redford, Linda (O’Neil) Potter, Patty (Roger) Buerkle, Terry (Nona) Phelps, Randall Phelps and the late Kimberly Widener. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Passed suddenly on July 24th at the age of 54. Family will receive friends on Friday, July 29th from 10am until time of Funeral Services at 11am at Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home, 10385 New Haven Rd Harrison, OH 45030. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
