Colby, Dorothy Jean age 91, of Fairfield, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 16, 1928 to Frank and Zelma Kennedy (nee Duncan). 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Paul Foster Colby; two sons, Bud Rainwater and Clyde Glasgow; five siblings Rose Jeffries, Marion Riggs, Ruth Baugh, Madeline Siefert and Robert Kennedy; and two grandchildren Paul Rainwater and Scott Martin.

Dorothy is survived by a loving and devoted family, including two daughters, Carol Glasgow-Martin and Zelma Allen; grandchildren, Randy Rainwater, Brian Rainwater, Danny Martin, David Glasgow, Wayne Glasgow, Brenda Freed, Steve Glasgow, Michelle Byrd, and Jody Thomson; great-grandchildren, Danielle Miller, Tanner Martin, Mike Glasgow, Sami Wilson, Adam Glasgow, Brandon Glasgow, Zachary Glasgow, Cody Glasgow, Devin Glasgow, Holly Glasgow, Chris Howard, Austin Howard, Jacob Freed, Steve Glasgow, Alex Glasgow, Miguel Cabrera, Cordell Byrd, Katelyn Byrd, Seth Byrd, Anthony Palacio, Lysette Palacio, Abbie Tabor and Sam Hall; and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions – Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens. 

Visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
