Ursula J. Ritter, beloved wife of the late William G. Ritter. Daughter of the late Carl and the late Theresa Weber Sr. Dear sister of Charmaine Cronin and the late Carl Weber Jr. Loving aunt of the late Michael (Karen) Farley, Peggy (John) Goehr and Linda (Reggie) Merwin. Great aunt of Michael (Allison) Farley, Michelle (Tim Chrisman) Pryor and many more nieces and nephews. Ursula passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at the age of 96.
Visitation will take place at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd. on Saturday (November 16) from 10am until time of funeral service at 10:45am. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the SPCA. Special condolences may be expressed at frederickfh.com
