Phyllis Gail Blankenship (nee Israel), 94, Oct. 17, 2021, Cincinnati. Beloved wife of Raymond M. Blankenship, devoted mother of Ray “Mitch” (Betty), Rick (Gretta) & David Blankenship, loving grandmother of Ryan, Kyle, Shauna, Brad, Casey, Taylor & Conner, gr. grandmother of Brooklynn, Louis, Thomas, Parker, Nolan, Cameron, Caroline & Charlotte, beloved daughter of the late Lucinda (nee Keith) & Sankey Israel, dear sister of the late Sarah, Louise & John. Mrs. Blankenship was a member of Westwood United Methodist Church for over 65 years.
