Mr. Ogden Craig Underhill, age 71, passed away on August 2, 2021.

Craig was born in Detroit, Michigan to Ogden Crane “Jack” and Grace (nee Williams) Underhill on May 18, 1950. 

Craig is survived by his daughters; Sara Underhill and Mary (Jamin) Keierleber. Siblings; Pat (Richard) Cronenberg, Nancy (Steve) Martin, W. Randolph (Adrianne) Underhill, John Timothy (Lisa) Underhill, and David (Beth) Underhill. Grandsons; Linus Michael Barnes and Luke William Keierleber. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.

Craig attended Withrow High School and Kentucky Military Institute. At age 12 Craig started working at American Custom Metals sweeping floors and performing general cleaning duties. After many years he moved up to become the national sales manager. After leaving American Custom Metals he and Lonnie Keith started Alliance Knife Company. He co-owned and operated Alliance Knife Company from 1984 to 1992.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 6, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at The Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. (2155 Compton Rd. Cincinnati OH 45231- Follow the blue line)

Services for Mr. Craig Underhill will be held on Friday, August 6, 2021, at 11:00 AM at The Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Courtney Kelly officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery at 12:30 PM in Cincinnati, Ohio.
