Marsha Y. Ellis, age 69, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 21, 1951 to Richard and Shirley Weber (nee Harmeyer).
Marsha was a foster parent for 32 years through Children’s Home. She was care giver and child care provider for many years, touching the hearts of many children.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Ellis; and parents.
Marsha is survived by step-daughter, Terri (Bill) Pennington; son, Bob (Teresa Runion) Ellis; daughters, Andrea Ellis, Chrissy (Shaun) Kirby, and Leann (Jon) Rose; grandchildren, Kevin, Spencer, Hope, Autumn, Logan, Cam, Natalie, Baylee, Maximus, Myles, and Keegan; two great grandchildren; siblings, Dick (Brenda) Weber, Diana (Roger) Renners, Carl (Christa) Weber, and Lenny (Chrissy and Sandy) Weber; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Marsha, contributions may be made to any foundation that supports breast cancer or diabetes awareness.
Family and friends may gather on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, from 5:00 to 7:00PM. The funeral service for Marsha will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 10:00AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
