Judith Ann McKinney
Judith Ann McKinney of Okeana, Ohio, age 78, was called home to God, April 27, 2021. Her husband, Mel, at her side.
Judy was born May 15, 1942 to Lawrence and Audrey McAfee.
In 1961 she married Melvin McKinney Jr. and they had two daughters; Jennifer (Mark) Jeffery, and Teresa (Chris McPhillips) Kennedy. They were married nearly 60 years. She was fiercely devoted to her grandchildren; Erin (Tim) Rathman, Joshua (Aeryn) Jeffery, Caroline (Justin) Payne, Sean Kennedy, Jacob (Tamra) Kennedy, Sarah Kennedy, and Caitlyn Kennedy. Her greatest joy was spending time with her great grandchildren; Hailey, Hannah, Hunter, Aiden, Ava, Leah, Liam, Logan, and Sadie.
Sister of Ronald (Gerri) McAfee and the late Lawrence (Judy) McAfee Jr. Loved by many nieces and nephews.
Judy and Mel loved to travel and go on cruises all over the world. She enjoyed her garden and being with family. She loved her dog, Zoey, immensely. She will be greatly missed by her family, church, and community for her kindness and loving spirit.
A Celebration of Life Memorial to be held at the private residence of her daughter, Jennifer Jeffery, located at 10490 Howard Rd., Harrison, OH 45030, on May 23, 2021, from 1 to 4 p.m. ET.
