Joy E. Loukes
Mrs. Joy Loukes, age 93, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2022.
Joy was born in Cincinnati, OH to Ray and Ruth Snyder. Joy married Fred Loukes on May 31,1952, and he preceded her in death in 2007. Joy loved gardening flowers, specifically roses and dragon wing begonias. She loved to sing and her voice will be missed by her family.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Ruth (nee Miller) Snyder, her brother, Cloyce Snyder.
Joy is survived by her children, Larry (Barbara) Loukes, Thomas Loukes, granddaughter, SueAnne Loukes and many extended relatives and friends.
Graveside services for Mrs. Joy Loukes will be held on Wednesday, July 27th, 2022 at 3:00 PM. Please come to the Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, 45231, to line up for procession. Once on the grounds of the memorial park, follow the blue line to the funeral home.
