Janet Napier
Napier, Janet Lee age 75, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 6, 1944 to George and Ruth Loebker (nee Otte).
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Saul Napier; her granddaughter, Candance; and her sister, Elaine. Janet is survived by her daughter, Shaunda Cress; her grandson, Mikey Frogge; her granddaughters, Michielle (Josue) Alegria and Amanda. and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 from 11am until the time of service at 12 noon at Newcomer Funeral Home – West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
