James Ellis Foote. Beloved son of the late Esther (nee Henn) Foote and Ellis Foote. Dear brother of the late Gerry (the late Karin) Foote. Devoted uncle of Patti (Doug) Lippert, Vicky (John) Billerbeck and Barbara (Joe) Rooney. Dear cousin of Donald (Eileen) Henn and Bruce (Dot) Henn. Passed away Monday, November 1, 2021. Age 89 years. Mr. Foote was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and was a Civil Engineer for the Ohio Department of Transportation until his retirement in 2012. He served honorably in the US Air Force for four years.
Visitation will be held at Neidhard Young Funeral Home, 7401 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 11 AM. Memorials may be directed to the Jim Foote Foundation, c/o Bruce Henn, 402 Castle Pines Drive, Gahanna, OH 45230.
