Geneva Totten (Johnson), age 84 of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on December 5, 2020. She was born on March 16, 1936 in Harlan, Kentucky the daughter of Eddie and Vina (Osborne) Johnson. Geneva was united in Marriage to Marshall Totten on October 10, 1966. She spent many years traveling with her beloved husband, who was an over the road truck driver. Her most cherished travels were spent with her daughter, Lavonne and especially her time spent at the ocean with family. She was quite a fashionista and dressed for every occasion. Geneva loved her family and could often be found dancing in her kitchen while cooking for them. Another highlight of her life was the 35 years she worked at Colerain High School, where she worked until her passing. She made so many friends there that became family. She never met a stranger and she had a heart of gold. Along with all her love and kindness was an equal amount of spunk and humor. Geneva is survived by her children, Lavonne (Bill) Garland, Dale (Kathy) Totten, Joe (Diane) Napier, Jerry Napier and Scott (Robin) Totten; a daughter-in-law, Valerie Totten; Granny had numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren who she loved dearly; and many other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Totten; her son, Tony Totten; a daughter-in-law, Kim Napier; and Roger Totten.

A Graveside Service will be held at Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Rd., Mt. Healthy, Ohio on Friday, December 11, 2020 at 2:30 PM. Geneva was an avid supporter of St. Jude, where memorial contributions may be made in her memory. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Charles C. Young Funeral Home, P.O. Box 128, Ross, Ohio 45061, to defray funeral costs.
