Beloved husband of Brenda McIntyre (nee Sandlin) of 53 years. Loving father of Melanie (Gregory) Helmes and Jennifer Emerson. Cherished grandfather of Jessica (Josh) Danzinger, Amanda Chaney and Jonathan McIntyre; great-grandfather of Gracelyn Danzinger and Jack Chaney. Dear brother of Pauline (Robert) Dooley, Shirley Kay (Marcus) Brandenburg. Don passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at the age of 72 years.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 11am until the time of the Funeral Service at 1pm at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.  Burial will take place Friday, September 20, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Lakeside Chapel at The Arlington Memorial Gardens at 2145 Compton Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45231
