Beloved wife of the late Oscar Frakes. Devoted mother of Robert (Paula) Frakes, Gary (Ann) Frakes, Toni (Alan) Hill, late Steve Frakes and late Shauna Snow. Also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 24, 2020, age 90.
