Devoted wife of the late Albert Ernst Thielen MD. Wonderful mother of Albert “Chip” (Joyce) Thielen Jr. MD, Kathryn (Glen) Scorgie PhD, Peter Thielen and Christopher (Patricia) Thielen DDS. Cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Beloved daughter to the late Rev. Albert Sr. and the late Edna Fath. Loving sister to Albert G. (the late Anita and the late Connie) Fath Jr. and Marian (William) Yearnd.
Passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at the age of 99.
Carolyn graduated from Western College in Oxford, OH with a BA. She was a devoted Christian and taught a weekly Women’s Bible Study for many decades.
Funeral Services will be held at Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home (2880 Boudinot Ave). Visitation from 6 – 7 pm on Thursday, March 25, 2021. Funeral Service to follow at 7pm.
