March 25, 2022 at 4:49 pmI had the privilege of teaching Cam in 9th grade English at Deer Park. He and I always got along great, and it was very clear that while he seemed tough on the outside, he was a kind, caring, very bright kid with a great heart. Though he wasn’t crazy about school I always rooted for him, and he’s a big part of my fondest memories of Deer Park. I was so sad to learn of his passing.
