Beloved wife of Richard L. Frey. Loving mother of David Frey, Karen (Frank) Cahall and the late Lisa Frey. Cherished grandmother to Ian (Blake) Cahall and Rachel Cahall. Dear sister to Michael (Brenda) Stamper, the late Ena (Ree) Gallagher, the late Jim (Juanita) Stamper, the late Forest (William) Isaacs, the late Helen Purdue, the late John (Petra) Stamper and the late Thomas (Margaret) Stamper. Aunt and friend to many. Betty passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 9, 2020.

Visitation on Monday, December 28, 2020 from 6pm to 8pm at Paul R. Young Funeral home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45231, with a memorial service on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 2pm, at the same location. Masks and social distancing required at both. Interment at Arlington Memorial Gardens Cemetery afterward.
