Minnie Thielen, age 74, passed away on July 19, 2021.

Minnie was born on August 12, 1946, in Booneville, Kentucky to Isaac and Goldie Abshear. Minnie married Ronald Thielen of West Harrison, Indiana on December 9, 1989. Minnie worked at Campbell Hausfeld and later Big Lots for over 26 years, retiring in 2008. She loved cooking, fishing, gardening and sewing, but most of all her family. She will be greatly missed by all who love her.

Minnie is survived by her husband of 34 years, Ronald Thielen, brothers, Cecil (Brenda) Abshear and Isaac (Frieda) Abshear, sister, Lois (David) Pickle, children; Tommy (Tanya) Estes, Denise (Kenny Frerick) Estes, and Jammie (Angela) Estes, Mark (Keri) Thielen, Renee Baldwin Thielen, grandchildren, Nicole Mossburger, Brycen Deller, Sarah (Tony) Lutz, Zachary Mossburger, Russell (Elizabeth) Elliott, Catherine (Zac Ballard) Elliott, Robert Elliott, Tasha (Joseph) Arcro, Brandon Savannah, Cheyenne, Scout Estes, and  great grandchildren and many extended relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Isaac and Goldie Abshear and sister, Molly Taylor.

Visitation for Minnie Thielen will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021, from 10:00 AM until Memorial services begin at 11:00 AM at the Arlington Memorial Gardens Lakeside Mausoleum Chapel, 2145 Compton Road, 45231. Once on the grounds of the memorial park, follow the red line to the chapel. Minnie will be laid to rest at Arlington Memorial Gardens. Online condolences can be left at www.AMGFuneralHome.com.
