July 5, 1933 – June 2, 2020
Cline L. Barlow beloved husband of Judy Barlow and the late Geneva P. Barlow, loving father of Debbie R.(Tommy) Shepard and Terry K. Barlow, devoted grandfather of Amber Shepard Halderman, Christopher Shepard, Kevin R. Barlow, Rachael Barlow and the late Christina Shepard, great-grandfather of Nathan Andrew Siwicki, Jacob John Halderman and Melody Jean Ortiz, also survived by many nieces, nephews and longtime friends. Preceded in death by his parents Claude and Mary Barlow. Passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at the age of 86. Visitation will be held at West Chester Presbyterian Church, 8930 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd., Saturday, June 6, 2020 from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to West Chester Presbyterian Church or a charity of the donor’s choice.
